I create human emotion for a living and help bring stories to life on screen. A good editor commits to fully engaging the viewer in every moment from start to finish.
I specialize in both drama & comedy because I love exploring human motivation at its core and throughout every complex layer. Story shows us why people do something, or do not. How do you get a story right? It’s mostly about nailing the emotion.
In the last few years, I’ve been pursuing my passion for editing scripted stories, and I just finished editing for the limited series GRISELDA for NETFLIX. I also recently served as an editor on NARCOS: MEXICO Season 3 for NETFLIX.
Before editing these fantastic TV shows, I was editing as an assistant editor and mentored by top-shelf editors on COBRA KAI for NETFLIX, STAR TREK for PARAMOUNT+, and DARK WINDS for AMC.
Before moving to LA to work in scripted entertainment, I edited dozens of unscripted TV shows, documentaries, and indie films in NYC.
No matter the genre or project, the cornerstones of my approach are collaboration and trust. That’s because helping creators achieve their vision is the most satisfying part of my career.
When I’m not in a cutting room, I’m playing with my two kids, cooking dinner with my wife, or attempting to complete one of the 7,942 daily tasks required to exist as both a professional and a parent in the 21st century.
